Exchanging Products
We hope that you are overjoyed with your products. If for some reason you are not entirely happy with your
purchase, you can exchange your product for an Item/s of equal or lesser value within 14 days or purchase given
you meet the below requirements.
1. You have your receipt (proof of purchase).
2. The product/s are unopened, in their original packaging and saleable condition.
Damaged or Faulty product
If you believe you have a faulty or damaged product, please email customer service and attach pictures and the
description of the damage, together with proof of purchase and we will be in contact with you shortly to arrange a
replacement.
Refund Purchase
In addition to your Statutory Rights, we will happily exchange a product or provide a refund given the following
conditions have been met:
1. You have your receipt (proof of purchase).
2. Products must be returned within 24 hours of purchase.
3. The product and packaging must be in its original saleable condition unopened, undamaged and unused. If the
product is returned damaged, opened or in an unsaleable condition we will not be able to offer a refund.

- Pre-paid treatments
Refund criteria for an allergic reaction
We strive to produce the best quality cosmetics for all skin ranges using only the most superior ingredients. In the
unlikely event you experience a reaction to a product; you have the option of an exchange or refund. Notification
of a reaction must be made by contacting customer service within 5 days of purchase.
Please note that only the specific product that caused the reaction may be refunded.
To receive a refund or exchange on an opened product that you have reacted to we ask that you meet the
following requirements.
1. A Doctors certificate detailing allergic reaction to the product/s (please include ingredient/ingredients you have
had a reaction to if known) or
a. A photo showing the reaction (please include ingredient/ingredients you have had a reaction to if known).
2. The products returned within 5 business days. (It is expected that the products would only have been used for a
small period of time when a reaction was apparent).
Additional Information:
- Provided the conditions of our Returns and Exchange Policy have been met, refunds will be processed via credit
card or bank transfer within 10 working days on receipt of all required information and requirements met. - Please note that delivery costs will be excluded unless goods are returned in accordance with your Statutory
Rights (e.g. they are faulty or not as ordered).
