Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM AEST to start processing on next day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day and orders will arrive within 5 business days from when the order is processed. Expedited orders must be placed by 12:00 PM AEST to start processing the same day and will arrive based on the transit time of the selected service. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.
Celestolie offers a free international shipping. International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. When ordering from Celestolie, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Celestolie does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.
Orders must be placed by 15:00 (3:00PM) GMT to start processing on the same day. If an order is placed after the deadline, it will be processed the next business day. All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.
